Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
Sogang International Summer Program (“SISP”) collects the minimum mandatory personal information of each applicant to SISP for the following purposes including applicant identification, application administration, education program registration, and provision of information about the program and marketing materials, etc.

Items to be Collected
Mandatory items: Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Nationality, E-mail Address(ID), Phone Number, Home Address, Emergency Contact, ID Photo, Educational Background

Transcript will not be issued if the oath is not submitted.

Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Collected information will be kept and used permanently for the purposes of issuing transcripts and certificates and of conducting academic affairs.

Right to Disagree and its Consequences
The applicant has the right to disagree with the collection and use of personal information. However, if the applicant disagrees, his/her application will be considered incomplete and he/she will not be accepted for admission to SISP.

Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
Sogang International Summer Program (“SISP”) collects the personal identification information of each applicant to SISP for the purpose of issuing letter of admission for visa application.

Items to be Collected
Resident Registration Number, Passport Number, Alien Registration Number

Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Collected information will be kept and used for five years for the purposes of processing and of data verification

Right to Disagree and its Consequences
The applicant has the right to disagree with the collection and use of personal identification information. However, if the applicant disagrees, his/her application will be considered incomplete and he/she will not be accepted for admission to SISP.
